CRJ is experienced in repairs on all makes and models of cameras.

We have factory trained technicians who will diagnose the issue quickly to ensure a quick turnaround time. We are also authorized service for Sigma, Canon, Olympus, Samsung, Minolta, and Pentax.

For service please send your equipment to the address listed below. Please fill out the repair order form to include with your equipment. Once we receive your equipment we will fax or mail a repair estimate for your approval.

Estimates are free for digital and film cameras. There is $25 estimate fee for camcorders. We reserve the right to re-estimate based on condition or the parts needed.

There is a $10-$15 return shipping fee added depending on the size of the equipment. The average repair time is 10-14 business days, however, this may change due to parts needed. If there are any special instructions for the repairs or shipping, please list in detail on the repair form located under shipping information.

Warranty

CRJ warranties the work performed for 180 days on all photographic film equipment, 90 days on all digital equipment, video and camcorders, and 90 days on all computer equipment.
